Ashton Plantation will be situated in the beautiful Ashton Plantation subdivision off River Road and the Luling I-310 exit with easy access to neighboring communities and the Greater New Orleans area. Ashton Plantation is also just moments away from our partner, the St. Charles Parish Hospital. The community’s unique design concept will offer a warm and stimulating environment for residents—both those requiring little assistance with daily life and those who need higher levels of care.
Beautifully landscaped on six acres, the secure outdoor spaces will feature delightful gardens, grounds with exercise paths and a lush courtyard with swings and rocking chairs. Gardening and walking trails are just several of the many activities residents will take advantage of at Ashton Plantation.
A comfortable, home-like feel will welcome residents and guests within our 24-hour access-controlled building. Community areas will offer opportunities for socialization and high quality, delicious meals. A spacious activity room will provide an ideal area for structured activities. Ashton Plantation will also boast a chapel, theatre, and even an ice cream parlor.
